Tribological performance of Ni-W/PTFE composite coating via pulse electrodeposition

چکیده

The Ni-W/PTFE co-depositions were successfully prepared on steel via pulse electrodeposition methods. Electrodeposition was perform by dispersing 5-20 g/L PTFE particles from Ni-Watt bath. surface morphology, phase analyses crstalytallite size, distorsion and hardness of the samples characterized SEM, XRD, Vicker?s microhardness tester. friction coefficient coatings carried out using CSM microtester. As increasing with concentration in solution, wear resistance properties theco-depositions increased. These experimental results determined that 15 electrolyte optimum content to obtain best micro-structure performance.
